$120/night Winter (Sep. 10th - June 15th Excludes Holidays) $150/night Holidays 2009 ( 11/25-11/30, 12/21-1/4) 2010 (2/12-2/14,3/22-3/28, 5/28-5/31, 11/24-11/28, 12/23-1/4) $235/night Summer (June 14th - Sep. 12th) * Rates do not include Tax of (8%) Deposit: $100 due at time of reservation and refundable up to 30 days prior to stay. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We do not have a cleaning fee, however we do ask that you complete a list of basic cleaning instructions prior to your departure. One night stays will be charged an additional $30 Guests beyond 10 using either RV sites or tent sites will be charged $5/night. |
