$250/night - Summer (June - Sep)

* Rates do not include Tax of (8%)

 

$80 Cleaning fee.

We ask that the beds be stripped, dishwasher started, all garbage taken out and one load of towels started in the washer upon departure.

 

Deposit: $250 due at time of reservation and refundable up to 30 days prior to stay.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Deposit is fully refundable after the stay unless damage occurs or additional cleaning is required.
